Using Voxora
What is Brand Brain?+
Brand Brain is the reusable business context Voxora builds from the business, audience, offerings, goals, voice, content pillars, proof points, and boundaries. Voxora uses it whenever it creates or rewrites content for that business.
Does Voxora publish automatically?+
No. Voxora is review-first. A post can be edited, regenerated, approved, moved back to Draft, and scheduled before any publishing connection is used.
Why does image generation sometimes take a while?+
AI image generation can take longer than text generation. Click Generate once and let the request finish. Repeated clicks can start multiple image requests.
How do I manage more than one business?+
Use Add Business from the dashboard. Each business gets separate content, Brand Brain, media, calendar, social-account records, and analytics data. Your plan controls how many businesses the workspace can hold.
Where is Ask Voxora?+
Open Ask Voxora from the dashboard shortcut or go to the Assistant page. Choose the correct business before asking for content.
Can I connect Facebook and Instagram now?+
The real connection-status screen is in place. Final Meta authorization requires the Voxora Meta app credentials, an approved redirect domain, and Meta authorization for the business Page and Instagram professional account.
Is billing live?+
Not yet. Founding plan limits are enforced in Voxora, but Stripe checkout and recurring billing remain intentionally deferred until the core beta workflow is validated.
What should I do if something looks wrong?+
Use Feedback and choose Bug. Include what you were doing, what you expected, what happened instead, and whether the issue was on mobile or desktop.
What is not fully live yet
Facebook and Instagram publishing are not live until Meta authorization is completed.
Analytics remain placeholders until publishing connections begin returning performance data.
Stripe billing is deferred; no customer should be told that paid billing is active yet.
AI images can take noticeably longer than text generation.
Beta features may change as customer testing reveals better workflows.
